100 % Payment for renting the property (booking amount) to be made upfront.
Cancellation requests shall only be entertained if they are made more than 30 days prior to the date of check-in. Requests made between less than 30 days from the check-in period shall deem no refunds.
Cancellation requested more than 30 days prior to the check in date shall deem 50% of the booking amount.
All cancellations/modifications shall be communicated through email for them to be considered.
The check-in timing for the properties is 2:00 PM and check-out timing is 11:00 AM.
Guests shall be required to provide a copy of their government issued ID (AADHAR/PAN/DRIVING LICENSE) at least 24 hours before their check-in. Check-in to the property shall not be allowed without a proper verification of the government issued identity.
Guests shall be required to pay the applicable security deposit on or before the check-in. The security deposit shall be returned to the guests within 24 hours of the check-out and subject to owners’ satisfaction of no loss or damages. Any loss or damages shall be adjusted from security deposit.
Additional person charges shall be applicable and shall vary depending on each and every property.
All illegal activities are prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in common areas or the designated smoking rooms.
Loud music is not allowed at the property after 10:00 PM. Guests are expected to be mindful and considerate of others’ space and comfort.
